Many of our clients come to us with pain in the head, neck and pelvis that can be difficult to resolve without superior skills. The head, neck and pelvis are made up of joints that have small ranges of motion that can be very challenging. In this Phase 4 workshop we learn to make our techniques more subtle and precise. We will explore how to fine-tune our experience of these joints and improve our skills to meet the needs of these structures and give relief to our clients through spontaneous self-corrections.
This Ortho-Bionomy Phase 4 workshop will include an overview of the anatomy and physiology of the joints in the head, neck and pelvis that we work with, a manual with the techniques and an opportunity to practice our Phase 4 skills together. We will also consider the effects of Phase 4 positioning on the ligaments and fascia of the head, neck and pelvis as we investigate dysfunction and reestablish healthy balance.
