Through his Chicago-based practice, Healing Body Therapeutics, he offers Family Constellation (FC) private sessions, group sessions, workshops and facilitator training, along with Bodywork & Energy Healing and Life Coaching — available both in person and online.
At Healing Body Therapeutics, we offer online Family Constellation private sessions, group sessions, and workshops designed to reveal and resolve generational trauma, inherited patterns, and unconscious family dynamics. Whether you’re seeking a one-on-one online session an in-person experience in Chicago, or a supportive online group setting , this work provides a direct and experiential path toward healing and greater clarity.
We also offer special topic workshops that explore focused themes within Family Constellations, along with facilitator training and certification programs for those who wish to deepen their understanding or integrate this work into their professional practice. These offerings provide opportunities for continued learning, skill development, and deeper engagement with systemic principles.
In addition to Family Constellations, we offer Bodywork & Energy Healing and Life Coaching as distinct services. Bodywork & Energy Healing supports the release of pain and tension, improves alignment and natural movement, and helps restore balance within the body. Life Coaching offers practical support for navigating challenges, clarifying direction, and making meaningful changes in your personal and professional life.

For over four decades, Barry Krost has dedicated himself to helping others alleviate stress, restore balance, and reconnect with health and wellness through various methods. His work integrates body, mind, and systemic wisdom, assisting clients in uncovering hidden patterns and reconnecting with their innate healing capacity. He is a Family Constellation Facilitator and Trainer, a Practitioner and Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy®, and a Certified Life Coach.
