Restoring Body, Mind, and Spirit for Over 40 YearsFor over four decades, I’ve dedicated my career to healing the body, mind, and spirit. My alternative healthcare practice, Healing Body Therapeutics, is based in Chicago and provides a diverse range of services, both in-person and online. These services include family constellations, bodywork, energy healing, life coaching, workshops, and trainings.
My goal is to pinpoint the underlying causes of your pain, illness, or issue and assist you in achieving optimal health and well-being. My methods are designed to alleviate pain, reduce stress and trauma, promote vibrant health, release entanglements, establish meaningful connections with family and ancestors, and help you find fulfillment in both life and your career. I also offer training opportunities, particularly in Family Constellations, that enable me to share my expertise and experiences with the next generation of practitioners and healers. By doing so, I aim to expand the possibilities for healing the mind, body, and spirit for a wider audience. |

Family ConstellationsFamily Constellations help us discover how we are entangled with suffering that actually belongs to family members or ancestors. It is a therapeutic process, where hidden dynamics can be revealed and repaired, freeing the client to have healthier connections with the people in their lives. In a Family Constellations online and live workshop clients select other participants to represent members of their family system. The process reveals what is damaged and where we can work towards reconciling past conflicts, repairing broken relationships, and restoring healthy order. Objects can be used in individual online sessions.

Ortho-Bionomy® along with other supportive modalities stimulate the body's self-balancing reflexes to reduce pain, restore healthy function and ease.The client's body is placed into specific Ortho-Bionomy positions that change pain patterns, alleviate acute and chronic tension, increase flexibility and create deep relaxation. Reflexology, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy and energy techniques support the process.

Life CoachingLife Coaching helps you remove the real or imagined blocks that can get in the way of creating a happy and successful life. A life coach can also help the client to tap into their own inner wisdom, leading them to create solutions for life, relationship, work and career challenges by setting goals, acknowledging strengths and resources, letting go of unhelpful beliefs, exploring possibilities for change, taking appropriate and manageable action steps, being accountable for their successes and failures, and validating their own agency and power to create and manifest a life that is satisfying.
