In an individual Family Constellations session, objects are used to represent family members, events, and emotions. During this unique one on one (1:1) therapeutic process the objects begin to embody the energy of the family members they represent. It is a very collaborative healing experience.

At the beginning of your first session crucial information regarding your family history and the issue is gathered. With the help of the object representatives we begin to explore your issue by observing your feelings when we place the objects and how they seem to interact.  We might also use floor markers or visualizations.
​We will also access a larger collective energy known as the 'knowing field' for extra information, images, and insights about your family system. The knowing field can provide insights even when past details are hidden, unfamiliar, or forgotten.

Together we will tune into the feelings, images and words that we can experience in the representations. Body sensations help guide us toward the optimal solution, right actions, and correct healing sentences that pave the way to resolutions. These sentences also reveal what needs to be acknowledged or reconciled.

Finally we find the movements and arrangements of the representatives that feels strong, present, lighter or less burdened to you. It's possible to discover a sentence or even just a single word that can transform your connections with family members, as well as your perspectives on the past and the future.
