In each session I look at the whole person to create a unique bodywork and energy healing session to restore balance to body, mind and spirit and release acute and chronic pain or dysfunction.
In my Bodywork and Energy Healing sessions, I use a number of effective techniques including: Ortho-Bionomy, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Trigger Points and Energy Work to create a session crafted to your unique needs.Rather than search for a single reason for pain, problems, or issues I look at the whole person. I look at the origins and history of a problem; its relationship with other pains in the body, emotions or aspects of the family system; and multiple factors that may be directly or indirectly involved.
What happens in a session? For each session the client wears loose fitting clothing. Once on the table I assess the structure and function of your whole body and individual joints. I explore movement, patterns, reflexive responses and trigger point tenderness and circulation of energy and lymph.
All clients must wear a mask during a live session of Bodywork and/or Energy Healing. During the session make yourself comfortable. I will ask questions or solicit feedback as needed. Feel free to ask me questions in general or about the particular technique you are receiving. It's also helpful to turn off cell phones and allow yourself the opportunity to focus on your healing. In many sessions you may drift off or even fall asleep briefly. Schedule a free consultation |

What do I do after a session?Pay attention to how you responded to the treatments for several days afterward. You should experience more freedom from acute or chronic tension. People often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater relaxation, which can last for days. Since toxins are released from your soft tissues, it is recommended you drink plenty of water following your session.
Will I get homework?I give general or specific exercises as appropriate. Often the homework helps to continue the session process. It can also increase the effectiveness of future sessions. I usually recommend meditation or relaxation techniques.
