Essential Elements of Facilitation
- A 39-hour live online group exploring the foundations of systemic practice. This is the core of the training. (Next session begins October 25, 2025.)
Live Online Groups and Workshops
- 100+ hours of immersive learning through Family Constellations events. You can also attend a live workshop with Barry.
Assigned Readings and Guided Study
- Over 40 hours of in-depth study using foundational books, articles, and videos. You’ll complete reading guides to deepen understanding.
Mentoring and Personal Development
- Receive 3–6 hours of personalized mentoring with Barry to support your learning, and complete 3–6 hours of personal healing sessions with a facilitator of your choice.
Practice and Observation
- Facilitate 40 hours of practice sessions, submit 3–5 recorded constellations for review, and complete an observed workshop with feedback.
Business Support and Community Building
- Learn how to create or expand your Family Constellations practice and connect with a growing community of students and facilitators.
