A Family Constellation Facilitator is a trained guide who leads individuals or groups through the therapeutic process of exploring hidden dynamics in their family system. Using representatives or objects, the facilitator helps reveal entanglements, ancestral patterns, and unresolved trauma that may be impacting your current life. At Healing Body Therapeutics in Chicago, Barry Krost brings over 40 years of experience to create a safe and compassionate space for transformation.

Family Constellations is based on three core principles:
Belonging: Every family member has an equal right to belong.
Order: There is a natural hierarchy in family systems based on birth order and time.
Balance: Giving and receiving must be in harmony for healthy relationships.
These principles guide facilitators in identifying where the flow of love and connection may be disrupted.

Effectiveness depends on the individual and their goals. Family Constellation Therapy is especially effective for addressing deep-rooted issues, generational trauma, and unresolved grief. It offers a systemic perspective that traditional therapy may not reach. For clients seeking insight beyond conscious awareness, this method can be life-changing.
