About Barry Krost

For over four decades, Barry Krost has dedicated himself to helping others alleviate stress, restore balance, and reconnect with health and wellness through various methods. His work integrates body, mind, and systemic wisdom, assisting clients in uncovering hidden patterns and reconnecting with their innate healing capacity. He is a Family Constellation Facilitator and Trainer, a Certified Bodywork Practitioner, and a Certified Life Coach.

Professional Experience

His professional journey started after graduating from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1983. Since then, he has immersed himself in a wide range of wellness and somatic disciplines, including Art of Living breathing, chakra balancing, chi gong, lymph drainage therapy, myofascial release, ortho-bionomy, reflexology, Reiki, shamanism, somatics, sports massage, tai chi chuan, systemic constellations, transcendental meditation, transpersonal psychology, trigger point therapy, vinyasa yoga, and Zero Balancing.

He has thousands of hours of training in the US and Europe to develop his advanced therapeutic skills and personal development.

In 2003, Barry expanded his work into Family Constellations, studying with leading international facilitators including Bertold Ulsamer, Dan Cohen and Emily Blefeld, Scott Bader, Suzi Tucker, Ursula Franke-Bryson and Thomas Bryson, Bill Mannle, Francesca Mason Boring, and Stephan Hausner. His deep interest in systemic resolutions and the dynamics of victim and perpetrator is informed by his own family history—growing up as the child and grandchild of Holocaust survivors.
