Anxiety, Depression & Family Constellations (December 4, 2027)
December 4, 2027 - 10am-1:30pm CST
Anxiety and depression are often approached as individual experiences, yet many people discover that their emotional struggles may also be influenced by deeper family and generational dynamics.
Family Constellations offers a systemic perspective that looks beyond symptoms to explore how unresolved family events, losses, trauma, exclusion, loyalty, and entanglements may continue to affect emotional well-being across generations.
In this experiential 3.5-hour online workshop, we will explore how anxiety and depression may be connected to hidden patterns within the family system. Through teaching, discussion, demonstrations, and Family Constellations processes, participants will gain insight into the systemic forces that may contribute to emotional distress and discover pathways toward greater connection, resolution, balance, and resilience.
Topics May Include:
Anxiety and depression from a systemic perspective
Generational trauma, loss, and unresolved family events
Belonging, exclusion, and family entanglements
Parent-child dynamics and emotional burdens
Guilt, loyalty, and unconscious identification
Pathways toward resolution and emotional well-being
No prior experience with Family Constellations is required.
Whether you are personally affected by anxiety or depression, work in a helping profession, or are interested in understanding the influence of family systems on emotional health, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore these challenges through a broader systemic lens.
Format: Live Online Workshop (Zoom) • Duration: 3.5 Hours
Family Constellations is an educational and experiential approach and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.
