Join us in Chicago for a four-day immersive Family Constellation intensive dedicated to restoring harmony, balance, and belonging in your family system.

In this extended format, we have the time and space to work with the deeper layers of inherited trauma, entanglements, and interrupted bonds that shape our lives, relationships, and health. This intensive will be a continuous process that unfolds over four days in a committed and supportive environment.

Through constellations, representative work, and the shared group field, you will be able to:

  • Release burdens that do not belong to you

  • Restore the natural order between generations

  • Reconnect with the strength of your ancestors

  • Experience greater clarity, grounding, and inner peace

This intensive format allows the work to unfold with depth, continuity, and integration. As the days progress, a strong and trusting field forms, making it possible to address layers that are often beyond the reach of shorter workshops. When the family system comes into order, a new experience becomes possible: a sense of inner alignment, support from behind, and the freedom to move forward in your own life.

  • In each workshop, participants explore personal or inherited issues using the Family Constellation method. Through guided facilitation, hidden dynamics within the family system are revealed using volunteer representatives from the group. Participants can either bring an issue to explore or take part as representatives for others.

  • No experience is necessary. Whether you're new to Family Constellations or have participated before, you'll be supported in a welcoming, grounded space. Barry Krost explains the process and principles so everyone feels comfortable and included.

  • You can bring a wide range of concerns, including: 

    • Family conflict or estrangement

    • Repeating relationship patterns

    • Chronic emotional or physical pain 

    • Grief or loss

    • Blocks around career, finances, or purpose 

    • Generational trauma
