These live Zoom sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience, and offer a supportive group environment where deep insight and healing can take place.

What Are Online Family Constellations Group Sessions?

Group sessions are a foundational form of constellation work. Each month, participants from around the world gather online to create 3–5 constellations using representatives who step into roles within a client’s family system.

Representatives don’t act or role-play—they tap into a “knowing field” to embody the essential energies of the people or dynamics they are representing. This process allows hidden loyalties, exclusions, and systemic imbalances to come to light.

Drawing from Bert Hellinger’s “Orders of Love”, we work to restore balance and harmony in the family field. Healing sentences are spoken aloud, allowing us to acknowledge suffering, release entanglements, and repair disrupted relationships across generations.

What to Expect

Each 3-hour group session includes:

• A short introduction to systemic principles and the Orders of Love
  
  
• 3–5 full-length constellations with live facilitation
  
  
• Opportunities to participate as a client, representative, or observer
  
  
• Group discussion and shared reflection
  
  

Everyone pays the same fee and has an equal opportunity to receive a constellation. While we may prioritize some participants, all are welcome to join the list for upcoming sessions.

3. Do I need prior experience to join?

​No experience is needed. Sessions are designed for both newcomers and those familiar with Family Constellations, providing a safe, supportive environment for all.

4. How long is each session?

​Sessions typically last about 3 hours, allowing time for several constellations, group sharing, and reflection.

5. What issues can be addressed in these group sessions?

​You can bring a range of concerns such as family conflicts, generational trauma, relationship challenges, emotional blocks, health issues, or life transitions.

6. Will I have a chance to explore my own issue?

​Depending on the group size and session format, you may have the opportunity to bring your own issue to work on or participate as a representative in others’ constellations.

7. Is confidentiality maintained in group sessions?

​Yes. Respect and confidentiality are foundational to the work. Participants are encouraged to share only what they feel comfortable disclosing.

8. What technology do I need to participate?

​A stable internet connection, a device with a webcam and microphone, and a quiet, private space are recommended for the best experience.
