Our monthly online Family Constellations group uncovers hidden family system issues using representatives for family members to create healing resolutions.
Every month, we convene online to create Family Constellations on various topics, attracting participants from diverse backgrounds.
In these constellations, participants embody family members or significant events, shedding light on the family system’s past, present, and future. Unlike acting out roles, they embody the essence of the individuals or entities they represent. Drawing from Bert Hellinger’s insights, every family system adheres to natural laws governing its well-being, known as the “Orders of Love.” Violations of these laws can negatively impact relationships and lead to entanglements. Healing sentences acknowledge and rectify unresolved issues, fostering peace and healing within the family. These sentences repair family dynamics and resolve dysfunctional patterns and generational trauma. We typically create three to five Family Constellations during each group session, sometimes with short constellations exercises. Everyone pays the same amount and has an equal opportunity to have a constellation. We usually prioritize a few individuals, but we can accommodate everyone. If you’re interested in joining the list, contact me. This monthly group is open to anyone, regardless of experience. We’ll also offer Online Family Constellations Workshops focused on special topics. These workshops include lectures, discussions, exercises, and Family Constellations on that topic |

“The family constellations method and process developed by Bert Hellinger is new and old at the same time. Hellinger took the concept of phenomenology and used this way of viewing the process to work with family constellations. The method required a different kind of therapist from the Moreno/Satir style, one who could be open and touched by life and death issues, be courageous in the face of despair and trauma, could trust the unknown, and remain engaged and present while waiting for a resolution to emerge from the client.”
