Join this Family Constellation Workshop on Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 10:00am – 1:30pm CST. Family Constellations can reveal the hidden systemic dynamics and inherited traumas that often lie beneath illness and disease — especially when these are connected to shame, guilt, mental distress, violence, war, migration, or unconscious attempts to secure belonging in our family system. They show how unresolved experiences from the past can continue to shape and dominate our present.
Without realizing it, we may relive the suffering of those who came before us — physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually — as an expression of deep love and loyalty.
In this work, we explore how to return to a life-giving connection with our family system so that we are no longer expressing the burdens of the past through illness and disease, but are supported by the strength and resources of those who came before us.
