Family Constellations: Online Group Sessions
Each month, Barry Krost facilitates an online Family Constellations group session to explore the hidden dynamics within your family system. Through representatives, systemic dialogue, and healing sentences, these sessions reveal and gently resolve ancestral patterns, entanglements, and inherited trauma. Every gathering offers a supportive and compassionate space where meaningful breakthroughs can unfold.
What are online group Family Constellations?
These are live, interactive group sessions where participants explore and heal family system dynamics together under the skilled facilitation. Participants meet on Zoom to create three to five constellations using representatives who step into roles within a client's family system.
Representatives don't act or improvise. Instead, they attune to the "knowing field," embodying the essential energies, emotions, and relational dynamics they represent. This process brings forward hidden loyalties, unresolved trauma, exclusions, and systemic imbalances that may be influencing your present-day experiences.
How do the group sessions work online?
Participants join from the comfort of their homes using a computer or tablet. For the best experience, ensure you have a stable internet connection, a device with a webcam and microphone, and find a quiet, private space. Barry facilitates the process, using representatives selected from the group to reveal hidden family patterns and support healing.
Each three-hour online group constellation includes:
A short introduction to systemic principles and the Orders of Love
Three to five full-length constellations facilitated live
Opportunities to participate as a client, representative, or observer
Space for group reflection, integration, and shared insight
Why participate in an online group session?
Online Family Constellations offer more than personal insight; they create a shared field of compassion, resonance, and collective healing. Whether you participate as the client, step in as a representative, or witness the process, you may:
Gain clarity about repeating family patterns
Experience emotional or physical relief
Feel a greater connection to your ancestry
Understand long-standing life challenges in a new way
Receive healing simply by being present in the field
Group sessions often touch universal themes, allowing each participant to experience transformation, even if they are not the one receiving a constellation that day.
How Constellations Are Chosen
Constellations in group are selected based on the energy and needs of the group as a whole. Participants may request to be added to a consideration list ahead of the group, and we do our best to distribute opportunities fairly over time; however, a constellation cannot be guaranteed on a specific date. These groups are not intended for one-time attendance solely to receive a personal constellation, as all participants contribute through presence, representation, and mutual support. Selections are guided by:
The energy and readiness of the field on that day
Fair distribution of opportunities over time
Service to the collective healing of the group
