tension in your body, energy field or family system that causes painful conditions, emotional distress and prevents you from achieving optimal
health and well-being
The physical manifestation of this tension can result from
accidents, trauma, and stress. It can cause low back pain, stiff neck, lack of energy,
poor sleep, inflammation, depression and dysfunctions in the body’s systems.
Since 1983 I have been successfully treating pain and supporting the balance of body,
mind and spirit.
My Bodywork practice has always been about exploring our natural
ability to heal and transform with therapeutic help.
I have crafted an unique combination of Bodywork and Energy techniques that can
help to effectively release deeply held tension. These include:
