I include energy healing in every session I offer. Whenever we are working with a body we effect the energy that flows through and around us. These invisible energy or “chi” can become blocked or imbalanced by physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions or stressors. With some intention we can help this energy when it's blocked or unable to flow naturally. The various energy techniques I use can also change patterns of tension that are held in our energy. 

I have studied a number of energy techniques that can be helpful including: Pranic Healing, Zero Balancing, Therapeutic Touch, Qi Gong, and Chakra Therapy. Ortho-Bionomy also has an energy healing component.
