Chellenging Loyalties: Entanglements That Are Difficult to Release
We can observe in Family Constellations that some clients have a great difficulty letting go of certain entanglements. The loyalty and blind love that are so deeply set into their sense of self and experience can make a resolution feel strange, uncomfortable, lonely and less intense. Letting go of the entanglement can feel unsafe. Family systems can also be resistant to members releasing entanglement by increasing feeling of guilt and fear.
