In Family Constellations we look at autoimmune disease as a symptom of entanglements with the past, sometime with our immediate family and often with events of long ago. Autoimmune diseases may indicate our bodies rejecting and battling these entanglements. Autoimmune diseases seem connected to entanglements of resistance, secrets and distance while other illnesses seem connected to entanglement about sacrifice, parentification and exclusion.
