Family Constellations with Floor Markers

Family Constellations can be done with floor markers that represent elements of a family system, ancestors, feelings, roles and events. They are also an excellent way to do individual work on your own. You can stand on any floor marker in any order that you feel and explore by moving around the markers and having your experience.
