Energy Healing proposes that imbalances in the body's "energy field" result in illness, and that by re-balancing the body's energy field health can be restored.
The Energy Healing that I employ is derived from my experience with a wide range of methods including: Ortho-Bionomy, Pranic Healing, Zero Balancing, Therapeutic Touch, Qi Gong, Hands-on Healing and many years of Tai Chi Chaun. Family Constellation Therapy can help move energy that is stuck or imbalanced within the family system.
Energy healing is an effective and non-invasive way to restore our overall health and vitality and transform chronic pain, stress, emotional trauma and spiritual distress. The work touches our mind, body and soul.
Energy fields are found around us and within our physical bodies. These invisible fields or “chi” can become blocked or imbalanced by physical, emotional, spiritual and environmental conditions or stressors. Blocked energy in turn can cause illness and suffering.
I frequently work with the energy centers called chakra's to begin to restore systemic balance. In most sessions I scan the body for imbalances and deficiencies and than use my intention to move new vitality and resource into those areas.
I seek out emotional and physical trauma and help to replace it with strength and vigor; This is very effective for the body’s organs. I also look for and acknowledge suffering which is very transformative.
Most often my hands are in physical contact throughout, but occasionally I will work off the body. I find the physical contact grounds the energetic changes to our bodies.
